Shipping Options

At LOHE, we strive to make your shopping experience comfortable, fast, and secure, which is why we offer several shipping options.

1. - HOME DELIVERY:

Delivery to the address indicated within 24-48 hours from order dispatch (Monday to Thursday). Orders dispatched on Fridays or on the eve of a holiday will be delivered the following Monday or business day before 7:00 PM.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

2. - Pickup at preferred CORREOS OFFICE:

You can select the Correos office you prefer to pick up your order. Once the package arrives at the office, you will receive a notification by email to pick it up.

3. - Pickup at CITY PAQ:

Pick up your order conveniently at one of the CityPaq collection points. When your order is available, you will receive an email notification with the necessary details for pickup.

Shipping Times

Products will be shipped to the address or collection point you indicate during the purchase process. If you place an order that includes several items with different availabilities, dispatch will take into account the longest delivery time. Exceptionally, LOHE may split the order and make several shipments at no additional cost to you.

 

Shipping Zones

This delivery service via Correos is only available for shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (peninsular area). Please consult other shipping services for Europe.

Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, or outside Europe.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
To know the exact costs, you must go to the order summary screen.
During certain promotional periods, shipping costs may be free.

  • Currently, shipping and return costs to Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (peninsular area) are FREE.

  • Shipping costs to other European countries (France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands) are €15.

  • Shipping costs to the United Kingdom are €30.

⚠️ Claims and Damaged Products

If you detect any issues with the delivery (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), it is essential that you indicate this on the delivery note and contact our customer service within a maximum of 7 calendar days from receipt. Returns or claims outside this period will not be accepted. All of this is without prejudice to your rights as a consumer, in accordance with current regulations.
